Augustus "Spike" Jones is a monster and employee at Monsters, Inc.
Bio[]
He is seventh of the Scarer's Leaderboard. His assistant is Waxford.
Although Spike does not physically appear in the Monsters University, his picture can be seen on a Scare Card during the credits. It is also revealed in Monsters University that he graduated from Fear Tech and formerly worked at Fear Co.
He was among the group of monsters who attended the company play "Put That Thing Back Where It Came From Or So Help Me".
Description[]
He is a large, obese red slug-like monster with an orange face, and tons of purple spikes on his back. He can retract the spikes whenever he wants.
