"It is my professional opinion that now is the time to PANIC!"
Dr. Arthur Frasenberger, Monsters, Inc.

Dr. Arthur Frasenberger[1] is a citizen of Monstropolis. He is a thin, orange monster that wears glasses and a red bow-tie.

Biography

Following the outbreak of a human child in Monstropolis for the first time in monster history, Dr Frasenberger was interviewed by the News Anchor on the matter. During the interview, which was being broadcast on Monstropolis' local news channel, Frasenberger stated his personal opinion was that panic was in order, and emphasized this by waving his arms around after finishing his sentence.

Mike Wazowski and James P. Sullivan were among the viewers watching the televised broadcast. However, during the interview with Frasenberger, their television was knocked over by Boo, turning the report off.

Behind the scenes

Dr Frasenberger's name may be a reference to Kenneth P. Rasenberger, a Peer Review Board member for the Charlotte Dental Society, as well as a member of the review board for the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners.[2]
