Phil Proctor, born July 28, 1940 (age 80) in Goshen, Indiana, is an American actor who provided voices in Monsters, Inc (mainly Charlie Proctor). He performed the voice of the Bowling Announcer in Toy Story, Mr. Konishi and the Airplane Rep in Toy Story 2, Bob in Finding Nemo, and additional voices in A Bug's Life.
